Has mel gibson done "all the necessary mea culpas"?

Mel Gibson is a nasty little being and if anyone wants to know who Golum was modelled on, look no further than Gibson. Each time he is caught doing or having done something wrong, he is full of groveling apologies and then goes out and does the same or similar things again. He needs to stay longer under his slimy stone and reflect on the fact, that not everyone appreciates his stupid, drunken, antisemitic rantings.
