Puppy s shots record lost, what can I do?

I just got an 11months puppy, GSD the owner said that he lost the shots recor, he only gave me the one from the breeder, when he got his first DHLL, but no record for the other boosters that follow ... Im scared for him I spent 1mo waiting for the idiot who said that he will ind the shots records somewhere before he disapeared and stopped answering my calls. So ume the shots were not completed, im not sure if its two late now, are they gonna double vaccinate him, can he be already sick and theres nothing to do about it...
