Should I buy this airplane?

Im 25hrs into my private pilots license. I've been casually looking for a plane in anticipation of obtaining my license. I found a steal on a plane about an hour away from my hometome. 18,000 for a 1973 Cessna 150 942SMOH. In immaculate condition. This is exactly what I want and what I have been looking for, in my price range. So, should I buy it before I have my license? I dont see why I wouldnt get my license and be unable to fly and I think the airplane is worth more than 18K anyway?
