So who knows about the orientalists?

Orientalists are academics(mainly westen) who study the orient and its culture. most of them look down upon the orient and study it as an inferior culture and try to find reasons for its present problems by looking for an inherent defect in the culture of the orient esp when dealing with muslim culture.
