My car wont start this morning. it snowed last night. been cold all weekend. havent started car since thurs.?

my battery is a yr old has never died before and i left nothing on, just haven't started it since thurs.some lights come on on dash but then fade away. is it dead for good? is it frozen? will it work if thawed? i really need some incite
