Do I have a case against the dentist?

Less than 2 months ago I spent $4000.00 on a new upper denture.My lower teeth have worn a hole in the denture because it doesn't fit properly.I went in for 2 alignments and the dentist did not say anything about my bite being off or that I may have problems with it for the rest of my life.He ured me it would all be fine and good, once my gums healed.He wanted to charge me $420.00 to fix the hole.I went to another dentist who fixed it for $75.00.He is the one who told me my denture will never fit properly due to the bite being off.He also said the hole would reappear.He didn't know how long the repair would last.I ate 1 hamburger and it cracked.Can I sue the original dentist for shoddy work and failure to inform me it was an improper fit ,and that there was no warranty.There were several other hidden charges that also showed up upon my revisiting the office.Can I do anything to get my money back or my teeth fixed.The original dentists office says it will cost me the set of new dentures to get them fixed.I feel used and abused by a so called professional office.
