My TV has built in freeview but the ITV channels will not work and I can only use an indoor ariel .. Help?

i had a similar problem with a freeview box attached to my upstairs tv but it was sky 3 that would not work for me but about 19 months ago i changed to virgin as they gave me a box free for ever if i changed to their landline i also got six months free calls days evenings and weekend as an offer for being on virgin mobile for so long and i have had no trouble since i have even had their broadband and their tv downstairs as well with all the channels also upstairs as we are allowed 2 boxes with all the channels so i had them go through the one upstairs , i hope you get an answer so that you can sort it out as it is not cheap changing .
