Shes one of my best friends! What do I do?

Ok so my school does ski club. I snowboard all of my friends ski. Well one of my best friends isn't very good at skiing and she knows that. And I'm not good at snowboarding. Well she won't ski with me. I will ask her, "Will you please ski with me?" and this is her exact response "Well i would....its just that I ski and your a snowboarder." When she says this she says it like snowboarding is gross. She's not being very supportive of me. None of my friends are. My ski club starts on Thursday. What am I supposed to do? Should I tell her how I feel?
