Sweet Sixteen part ideas?

ok so im gonna have my sweet sixxteen and i cant think of a place to celebrate it... i dont think my parents would go too far and rent a banquet hall so i need some practical ideas??? anyyy affordable places?? i have a park right across my house, but i donno of u can celebrate anything there? if its a house party, i donno wat i should do
