What's "destroy" and "rebuild" in Latin?

There are least eight words in Latin that translate into English as "destroy", and two that translate as "rebuild". Latin is too complex a language for that kind of overly simplistic translation. You need to be more specific about who is destroying or rebuilding what and why, those things matter in your choice of verbs.
