Who believes about May 21, 2011? Judgement day.?

I think it is supposed to be the rapture, not judgement day. There is a difference theologically. The rapture is a theological error that began in the late 1840s from a flawed understanding of scriptures. An Irish protestant named Darby came up with this theory. It never took root until recent times in the US among fundamentalists, and evangelicals. The rapture is supposed to be a secret 2nd coming of Christ that will take all the faithful away to heaven so they won't have to experience the tribulation. The tribulation will proceed the great battle of good versus evil at Armageddon, and the final judgment. It is truly a slap in the face of all of our ancestors in the faith who endured so much at the hands of the pagans to keep the faith alive! Pax Christi
