Who is the best Q/B Aarron Rodgers or Eli Manning?

Rodgers, definetley. Manning isn't even a top 10 QB. Since starting, Rodgers has thrown more yards and touchdowns in both years. Rodgers is a leader who can rally the team when they're down. Manning doesn't seem like leader material to me.
