Why are white people so racist??

Well it can seem that way because we live in a country that has more white people then any other race. I can agree that some white people seem to be more racist then other races, but it also depends on many other things like: education, the way they were raised, and current events. I am white and I can say white people sometimes might come off more as bitter and mean but 98% are just average ppl
